Babies learn shapes and colors

Shapes and colores are an essential part of early childhood education and the babies in our school start to learn the basic colores and shapes as soon as possible. When your baby tries to separate red and green colores and identify different shapes they are doing more than simply recognising shapes and colores, they are learning to make new sense of the world and developing the ability to communicate with you. We start with the basic colores first, like bright red and green, we allow them to understand these colores first before moving on to more complex colores.
Early identification of colores and shapes helps aid cognitive development and links words they hear with the visual cue they see.
